Administrative FAQ
What hours do you provide phone coverage?
Phone coverage is currently available between the hours of 8 am and 6 pm ET Monday through Friday. If you are interested in further availability, you may elect to be added to our waiting list for later hours.
What Company Holidays do you observe?
360 Practice Support does not provide services on the following days:
- New Year’s Day
- Martin Luther King Jr. Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Columbus Day
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas Day
- Boxing Day / Day Following Christmas
Emergency phone coverage may be available at a premium if requested in advance.
Can I use my existing phone number?
Absolutely! We are happy to use your incoming and outgoing numbers! We are happy to either port these over to our system or work within your system.
Who will answer my calls?
Your calls will always be routed to your primary billing coordinator FIRST. Normally, this means that your patients get to know your biller by name, and your biller become an integral part of your team. But if they are unable to take the call, it will get routed through to another team member so no calls are missed.
Do you provide email support too?
Absolutely! And we provide this from within your email system. Most of our accounts provide us with an billing@ email address, as well as login information, and we follow up with all of your clients from there.

What Payers do you credential?
Which ones do you want? We are highly experienced at credentialing providers throughout the USA with all major providers. If there is a specialty or a provider that we haven't come across yet - we will let you know. But we don't expect that to be an issue!
What states do you work in?
While we are primarily located in the eastern states of the USA, we are happy to provide support throughout the USA.
Can you help me with EFT enrollments?
Yes! Our goal is to have all of your payments coming in to your account through Electronic Funds Transfer, so you can get paid quickly and efficiently unless YOU choose otherwise.
Can you help me with ERA enrollments?
Absolutely! We are experienced in setting up ERA enrollments with many EHR systems. Why work harder when the software can help?
My patient has a billing question. Can you help them?
Absolutely! We are happy to provide client support for all of our billing customers.
