Once you have signed up for a subscription, you will choose a launch week and a launch meeting time!

The launch meeting will be held with managers from each department chosen during your subscription questionnaire. They will review your needs in detail and assign your primary team members, as well as establish detailed guidelines for handling your account

We will prepare your protocols and practice forms for signoff within 1 business day, and get LAUNCHED. We look forward to supporting you!

All of our assistants are highly experienced experts in their field, and receive dedicated training in support and HIPAA regulations prior to commencing work with clients.

Your support staff will work in your practice daily during your regular office hours. All time is tracked to the minute with our desktop software monitoring system which tracks web activity and mouse movement during assigned work hours.
